Our process
Here's how it works
Every Goldendoodle we place goes to a family we've gotten to know first. No first-come, first-served — just a few steps, start to finish.

Apply
Free, and takes about ten minutes. Tell us about your family, your home, and what you're hoping for in a puppy.

We review, personally
Every application is read carefully — there's no automated approval. This usually takes a few days, so don't worry if you don't hear back right away.

A short call
If it looks like a good fit, we'll reach out directly to schedule a Zoom call. There's nothing for you to book yourself.

Reservation Fee
After the call, if everyone is ready to move forward, we ask for $100 refundable deposit to hold your spot on our waitlist. This is applied to the final purchase price.

Waitlist Full?
We may offer a limited number of backup spots. These aren't a guaranteed puppy, and no deposit is due until one is offered. See our full Process page for details.

Puppy matching
Around 6-8 weeks, a temperament test and video call help us recommend the puppy we think is the best fit for your family — not just looks or color. A $300 non-refundable deposit secures your specific puppy in the litter.

Deposit & go-home day
The remaining balance is due at pickup. Puppy prices range from $1500 to $2000 (see the full policy page for more details)
