The Process

To ensure each puppy is placed in the best possible home, all prospective families must complete an application before joining our waitlist. Once we have reviewed the application, a Zoom call will be scheduled so we can further understand what you are looking for in a puppy.

Approved families must place a $100 refundable fee to reserve a spot on our waitlist. When our litter's waitlist is full, we may offer a limited number of backup spots. Backup families complete the same application and Zoom call. A backup spot is not a guaranteed puppy. We contact backup families only if a family steps back, and we'll recommend a puppy based on temperament and fit, as we do for everyone. No deposit is due until a specific puppy is offered. If no puppy becomes available from this litter, you may move to the top of the list for our next litter or withdraw at no cost.

The $100 waitlist fee is fully refundable at any time before a puppy is chosen, for any reason, and is returned within 7 days of your request. If no puppy becomes available, it is refunded or, at your choice, held for the next litter.

Once the puppies’ temperaments have been matched and you have chosen your puppy, a $300 deposit is required. Both fees are applied toward the final purchase price of your puppy. The remaining balance is required when the puppy is eight weeks old (usually the same day as pickup).

Puppies are $2000, with a $150 discount for proof of puppy class enrollment on all puppies. Puppies without furnishings (facial beard that indicates lower-shed/more hypoallergenic qualities) will be discounted $300.

Our Freshly Minted puppies go home at 8 weeks old so that they and their new families can take advantage of the last four weeks of the ‘primary socialization period’ (ending at approximately 12 weeks of age).

If a puppy is not picked up by the agreed pickup date, we will charge a $20 per day boarding fee until pickup, unless previous arrangements have been made.

Puppies are matched based on temperament, lifestyle compatibility, and family needs—not solely on reservation order.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe a home is not an appropriate fit for one of our puppies. If we initiate the cancellation, your deposit will be refunded.

At any point in the dog’s life, if a family can no longer care for their dog, we require the dog be returned to us rather than surrendered to a shelter or rescue.
